I provide individualized consultation for mental health professionals seeking guidance on clinical, administrative, and business aspects of their practice. My services include:

1.    Case Consultation:

    •    Review and discuss complex or specific client cases.

    •    Provide clinical insights, ethical guidance, and treatment planning support.

    •    Share resources and feedback to assist in client care

2.    Billing & Insurance Support:

    •    Training on navigating insurance processes, claim submissions, and documentation.

    •    Assistance in coding, reimbursement, and compliance with insurance companies, and denied claims

 3.    Practice Development:

    •    Guidance on starting or expanding a private practice.

    •    Input on marketing, client acquisition, and practice management.

    •    Support with policies, procedures, and establishing a professional framework.

I tailor consultations to the unique needs of each therapist, whether they are new to the field, transitioning into private practice, or managing complex clinical cases. My hope is for this to be collaborative and to also help new clinicians in the field navigate the stressors of opening their own practice.

Diagnostic Privilege Supervision

For LMHC’s seeking Diagnostic Privilege and in need of supervision to meet the required hours. Clients can be provided or clinician can bring in their own caseload.

Supervision Includes:

    •    Guidance on clinical assessment and diagnostic formulation.

    •    Review of client cases to support accurate DSM-based diagnoses.

    •    Supervision aligned with licensing requirements for diagnostic privilege.

    •    Support in integrating diagnostic skills into treatment planning & clinical practice.
